There are just a handful of tickets left for Friday’s Poutine party at Rhino Bar in Georgetown (7pm – 10pm), AKA the return of the Eat Wonky food truck.  Here is the complete info.

Just a note to fans of the red Indonesian truck, named Sate.  They have begun to tweet locations and are at Farragut today!  More info is here.

A new sandwich truck has started up in Montgomery County, named Growlers Slamwich.  It is the mobile version of the restaurant, located in Gaithersburg.  They’ve had a couple days of service and, hopefully, they will ease into a more regular schedule.  I’m sure some fan requests will draw them out to your office buildings. 🙂

Mighty Dog And Acai is launching in DC today (6/18) at World Bank (20th & Penn Ave NW)!  They serve gourmet hot dogs with Acai berry shakes.  More menu details are on their page.

PORC (Purveyors Of Rolling Cuisine) is opening their restaurant on Tuesday (6/19) at 3410 11th St in Columbia Heights, according to Thrillist!  The food truck hasn’t been serving for the past couple of days on account of the restaurant opening, but the truck will definitely be back out.
