UPDATE (1/30): Borinquen Lunch Box plans on serving at L’Enfant today!
After a few unexpected delays, Borinquen Lunch Box has tweeted that it has finally received its DC permits and will be serving on Monday! I can’t wait to try their Puerto Rican cuisine! Virginia permits are currently being worked on as well. More truck info can be found here.

As one of those people who rushed out in the cold to try something new, it was disappointing to be greeted by a closing window and a river of fluid in the street. The menu looked interesting — hope they come back to L’Enfant.
