Carnivore BBQ is a food truck serving pulled pork and beef brisket. The owner got his start with a cart called Old Smokey (pictured below + more details on the Carnivore BBQ website). The 1988 Chevy C20 pickup truck started serving under the radar on March 2, 2011, but was added to Food Truck Fiesta on March 8, 2011.  They launched a full-fledged food truck in the Dec 2011 time frame (pictured below).  On March 2, 2012, they launched their 3rd truck, but only intend to have 2 trucks out serving on any given day.
