Pork was how it should taste. Not to porky or not too salty. Just right. Baked bean were the BOMB with chucks and pieces of brisket and pulled pork. Had the memphis suace and it was delicious but the only downfall was the old coleslaw. I went at the end of lunch so I guess I got it old.

service was great, and the taste of the meat was good but really dissappointed from 1st time i ate from them approximately 2-3 months ago. 1/3 of the meat was all fat, the portion of meat was much smaller and not worth 10., and the bun was hard. i am bummed.

This is the most wonderful BBQ I have ever had! The staff is friendly and servings are perfect. I get the chicken and pork combo each time with the hot & spicey sauce. The cole slaw can sometimes be a litle bland but dang this stuff is goooood!!!!! The only downside is they don't come around often enough.

This was my first time trying this truck. I had the brisket and pulled pork because I couldn't decide which one to order. They were both delicious!!! It's th ebest barbecue I've had in ages. It was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. Will be looking for them to come back to Union Station. Just love their barbecue. It's the best.

Grew up in NC eating BBQ from the best, and this is the closest I've found in the D.C. area other than Carolina Bros. in Ashburn. Most places in D.C.

Grew up in NC eating BBQ from the best, and this is the closest I've found in the D.C. area other than Carolina Bros. in Ashburn. Most places in D.C. can't make decent pulled pork to save their lives, but these guys do a good job. Carolina-style sauce is good. Now if they could just serve Cheerwine and hushpuppies, I'd be alright for BBQ around here.

3.8 5.0 25 25 This was absolutely the worst pulled pork I have ever had. The pork tasted burnt, sauce did not begin the help, the slaw was basically tasteless and bun was so dry it one day from Carnivore BBQ Food Truck

Carnivore BBQ is a food truck serving pulled pork and beef brisket. The owner got his start with a cart called Old Smokey (pictured below + more details on the Carnivore BBQ website). The 1988 Chevy C20 pickup truck started serving under the radar on March 2, 2011, but was added to Food Truck Fiesta on March 8, 2011.  They launched a full-fledged food truck in the Dec 2011 time frame (pictured below).  On March 2, 2012, they launched their 3rd truck, but only intend to have 2 trucks out serving on any given day.  On Oct 15, 2012, a 4th truck was launched (their 3rd full-fledged food truck).

In early March 2013, Carnivore BBQ open a shop in Hollins Market in Baltimore, MD.
