True to her word, Rachel (of the former Phonomenon truck), is launching a new truck with less drama than last year, named Phonation! Not only is she bringing back the usual pho menu, but she is offering a new menu item: the Burrito Banhmi. The ETA for the Phonation’s debut is just a week or two.
