Do NOT under any circumstances order the ragda patties--or, if you want to, make them show them to you first! I ordered this last week, and the "ragda patties" (supposedly potato fritters) were actually just a dry lump of mashed-ish potatoes. The toppings were good, so I'll probably give them one more shot and get the samosa chaat or pav bhaji, but I was pretty disappointed last week.

I am Indian, so I was very excited to see this truck and its offerings. The masala dosa was made fresh, but it tasted stale (how I don't know), and was not at all crispy. The potato filling was bland and so greasy that it completely soaked through the dosa to the box. The sides of sambhar (lentil soup) and coconut chutney were tasty, but didn't make up for the lackluster rest of the meal. I would love to try other items, because they SOUND so good, but I just don't want to be disappointed again and waste my lunch money.

4.1 5.0 13 13 This is one of my favorite food trucks in DC. The dosas are delicious and a must try!! The sauces that come with the meal are also really great. Large portions, extremely friendly Chatpat Food Truck
