I thought the food was very fresh and well prepared, but underseasoned, in particular the carnitas. A little more salt would have gone a long way. The fresh lime made a difference, but not enough for me to give it four stars. The veggie taco was very good, had a nice bite to it with the pickled slaw. Would have prefer a little smaller pieces of the cuke though. Made it a little hard to eat. Keep up the good work! I'll be back.

I tried Pork taco, it was dry, too much cilantro (L'Enfant Plaza)...even adding the spicy sauce didn't help and it cost me $9. Will most definitely stay away from this food truck in the future,I will say that the customer service was nice, even though the young lady talked a bit fast.

I tried all three meat taco options the other week. Pork, Chicken and Lamb. All were dry AS A BONE and cost me $10 or something. Will most definitely stay away from this food truck in the future. Rip off.

The food is fresh and reminds me of authentic Mexican tacos. The quacamole is home made and they use authentic corn tortillas.I seek this one out

Thank you for offering a veggie option that is not the simple substitution of tofu for meat that so many food trucks do. Your veggie tacos are pure pleasure -- delectable bundles of mixed veggies and legumes, spicy, but not so spicy as to hide the flavors. I've had several of the variations. The only thing that would be better would be to expand the veggie offerings so there were more than one to choose from each day.
