First time I tried your foods I became your fan. Your food is very tasty! It is great to have something like this in DC where I was tired of eating in local cafeterias where foods is not that great, low quality and too greasy.
I really appreciate for you coming to L'Efant Plaza area. I also now many people who love your foods as well. Five starts!

This is my favorite food truck. I wait impatiently on Thursday to see this truck at L'Efant plaza. Jessica is the best chef with ever changing menu.
The Tofu Taco were a little spicy but couldn't resist to get one packed for home:-)

Very tasty tacos served up with delicious chimichurri sauce. The only suggestion I have is that many trucks serve this type of hard-to-eat-at-a-desk soft taco trio with double tortillas to minimize the "splat" factor. Might be worth considering as it was very messy, and more than one co-worker said they wouldn't order that a second time due to the mess. The tacos tend to hold up better when the tortillas are doubled. Otherwise, a slam dunk.

No matter what the menu is during a given week, you will not be disspapointed! the food tastes great because everything is organic and because they are great cooks that know exactly how to create wonderful combinations. The stuffed sweet potatoes were amazing, the argentinian lettuce wraps unforgettable, the quinoa burger amazing, just to name a few. Its pricey but oh so wort it!

This was my first time going there and they have a customer for LIFE!!! (And definitely the next life as well). This was the best veggie burger ever created! I am still licking my fingers. Job well done! I am full and wishing I had gotten another for later. lol.

Attended a wedding and Cirque did the catering.
Had my doubts, but some of the very best food I have had anywhere. Delicious!

I should kick myself in the face for not trying this truck sooner! Great, clean flavor and very healthy. My quinoa salad stuffed zucchini w/ grilled chicken & pesto topping came with a wonderful little pea shoot citrus side salad. My only fault was with the kale chips - too salty and oily for my taste. I will definitely be back to try some other items.

The quinoa burger is the most tasty veg burger I ever had. and the kale chips were as crispy as u can imagine. The burger is BIG too.

I ordered the roasted sweet potato stuffed with kale, shitaki, and white beans with brussel sprouts and grilled apples on the side. I also ordered the homemade spritzer. I have to say the meal is absolutely delicious! I rarely find such creative vegetarian-friendly options. It is a seriously delicious dish, the drink is very refreshing, and the portion size is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that it is quite pricey.

On a gray Monday, I was excited to see the Cirque Cuisine truck outside my office near Metro Center. That's because their sweet potato-white bean chili is fantastic. Was a bit disappointed that it wasn't available, but that didn't last long: Went with the spanikopita and it has made Cirque Cuisine my favorite food truck. It was rich, full of well-seasoned veggies, and the pastry was light. It came with a quinoa salad that had black beans, chunks of sweet potato, scallions, fresh herbs. Both portions were generous. I will be back in a New York minute!
