A graduate with honors from “L’academie De Cuisine” in Gaithersburg, MD, Chef Mounir went on honing his skills for more than 12 years in the restaurant industry, making his way up in the process to become Sous Chef and Executive Chef at some of the best restaurants in the DC area. Including amongst others “Tosca Ristorante” in Washington DC and “Amici Miei” in Potomac, MD both of which, while Chef Mounir was part of them, held their position for several years in a row as the best 100 restaurants in the metro area by the “Washingtonian” magazine.
