I’m just blown away by the DC food truck scene in Washington, DC. When it snows in DC, like today, Washingtonians typically panic and business is weak. But, just take a look at this snapshot of today’s food truck fiesta map (above). DC food trucks are out in full force, just like it was a mild summer day! Kudos to the food truck operators for resisting the inclement weather panic and helping to provide us with gourmet quality food at convenient locations. One of you will definitely see me dining at a food truck today.
Update: I just got back from lunch and two food trucks that I stopped at had mid-sized lines! Food truck fans seem to be inclement weather panic resistant as well!

Totally took the opportunity to find the Big Cheese truck! (Especially since Eat Wonky wasn’t out…) Amazing grilled cheese, and perfect meal for a snowy day!
