Eat Wonky has been driving around the city for the past couple of weeks in what it dubbed a soft opening.  This amounted to showing up [mostly] unannounced at different locations and serving the masses.  Well, the soft opening period has ended and Eat Wonky has announced its official opening day will be Sept 3rd!  Here is the tweet:
