Eat Wonky is a poutine specialist. Poutine is a dish that originated in Quebec and consists of french fries topped with chesse curds and gravy. The Wonky Dog is an innovation on the poutine idea where a beef frank is topped with poutine and served on a sub roll. Eat Wonky also has the most distinctive logo and is easily spotted on the Food Truck Fiesta tracker map.

On Feb 24, 2012, Eat Wonky announced that they have sold their truck to Bayou Bros and will be focusing efforts on food truck consulting and event planning moving forward.
