I was just talking about how many DC food trucks have launched 2nd trucks, and wouldn’t you guess it, another dc food truck operation is launching a second truck! The original Fojol Bros. of Merlindia (indian cuisine) has created a new truck called Fojol Bros. of Benethiopia (ethiopian cuisine). This is a little different from other dual dc food truck operations because instead of serving the exact same food as the original truck, Fojol Bros are serving a different cuisine from their new truck.
