Brandon, from Goodies Frozen Custard & Treats, wants to let everyone know that the truck is in hibernation during these winter months, but for the month of December they have a soda bar stand open on weekends only at the National Harbor.  The soda stand menu consists of warm treats such as Bread Pudding, Apple Crisp and various savory items that change each weekend such as chili and chicken stews.
