It’s still somewhat rare to see DC food trucks serving on nights and weekends, so I’m happy to report that a new truck, Grids Waffles, is starting to serve the nightlife on H St NE this weekend!  They will be at Fruit Bat (1236 H St NE), a bar in the Atlas District.  They are offering 3 custom waffles, especially created for this weekend service:

1) “Gridlicious” – Bacon & syrup
2) “P-Griddy” – Cheese pizza waffle w/fresh basil
3) “I Know What You Grid Last Summer” – Chocolate Chips, strawberries, whip cream

There is no cover charge. They will begin service at 7PM until late night.
