This food truck should not be selling fish since it's not fresh fish. This is frozen fish that I could buy out of a grocery store. It was fried way too hard and had no taste at all. Very disappointed and will never buy from this truck again. Stick to the Halal Food only

A review by a Middle Eastern. My first reaction of this truck is they are trying to do TOO much. Their menu has everything from fried shrimp to lamb and falafel. I ordered the steak on rice, with chickpeas on the side and a salad. The meat was tender and tasty but the spicy sauce on top only made it sour and not actually spicy. The chickpeas in tomato sauce were not very flavorful, some salt or spice would have helped. The white sauce on top, I'm guessing some yogurt/garlic/sour cream mix, was nice but the food was too dependent on it and couldn't stand on its own. I also wish the rice was spiced more. Overall, I think the truck has great potential if they focus on perfecting their best selling dishes. The guys working there were super nice so I will definitely try it again in the future.

Kabob King food truck is bringing that Big City taste to the Capitol.  Their menu consists of lamb, chicken, and steak kabobs as well as cheesesteaks, fried shrimp and chicken tenders.
