Disappointed. I liked Kushi the restaurant, but the Kushi-Moto truck left a lot to be desired. Chicken donburi was greasy and flavorless with too many onions and too much broth. This is supposed to be Japanese comfort food, but this left me slightly sick to my stomach.

I decided to give this truck a try. I think the donburi was good, but a bit soggy as another reviewer complained. It had good flavor, but I think it could use a little more flavor. My spicy tuna roll was spot on. I would eat here again and try the pork belly and a different roll or the soup. I wanted the edamame today, but that would have been way too much food.

Really awful. It was a bowl of way too many wet onions and wet, watery nasty rice. What happened, Kushi?

I gave it a try since I like Japanese food. I ordered the pork belly rice bowl just a while ago and was so excited to try it. I got so disappointed because the whole meal was so salty! All I tasted was salt and it tasted like there were 3 tbsps of salt in one small bowl of a meal. I expected that donburi would me a mix of a little sweetness and a little saltiness but this one is just really salty. I how that they can fix it.

Everything was AWESOME. The Beef was cooked perfectly. The miso soup is so good. Eating from the trucks, was not something, I felt comfortable doing, but this truck is good. I wish they would come everyday. The workers on the truck are very nice as well.
