Maple Ave Xpress (MAX) is the name of the mobile component of the Maple Ave Restaurant located at 147 Maple Ave W., Vienna, VA. MAX serves primarily in locations around Reston and Tysons Corner, Virginia. Maple Ave focuses on the farm to fork concept: getting as many ingredients as possible from local, sustainable farms such as Polyface farms, Steve Baker, Maple Avenue Market and so on. Cuisine is described as American, blended with Asian, Latin American, French flavors and techniques.
On Feb 3, 2012, Maple Ave announced on their blog that they are retiring MAX because they are expecting their 2nd child later in the year.
