This was my first time at the truck, and honestly I wasn't that impressed. I had really wanted to be impressed. The following were my issues:
1. Naan was dry flat bread. Even a pita would have been better. Naan is supposed to be fluffy with some burned edges baked in a tandoor. This naan was dry and needed some butter or something. If your ENTIRE food truck is based on naan then I think that should be perfected.
2. Food was kind of cold.
3. I didn't realize the sauces were simply poured into the container for me to dip.
4. Food wasn't even wrapped - I felt like I was eating chicken on a bed of bread and salad. To me, when I ask for a wrap I am thinking something along the lines of a grab and go, not where is my fork and knife.
5. Honestly, the chicken wasn't that flavorful. Sorry guys, I wish it wasn't true. But my chicken was dry and brightly colored orange.
6.10 dollars was a bit much for all the above mentioned issues.
In conclusion, I'll probably give it one more try and test out the Kati Roll and lamb.. but again I was pretty disapointed.

It was all fresh and I REALLY appreciated the chicken was all white meat, but, even though I got the mild sauce there wasn't much flavor except tomato sauce. The na'an was more like wheat bread. It seemed very healthy, but I think $10 was a little high for the portion of meat that was included.

I had the lamb vindaloo on roti, with habanero chutney, and a chick pea side. It was good, the ingredients were fresh, and the portion adequate. The reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that the vindaloo was a bit "tomatoey", something I've not experienced before with vindaloo. The taste was definitely not bad, but the tomato paste-heavy recipe didn't seem quite authentic.
