Next time I will order the small size as the medium was a pretty good size for me. Also next time I'll just have black beans instead of the black and tan. I also got corn, pico de gallo, rice, sour cream, guac, and lettuce. I had a choice of salsas. I'm wary of heat. I like it, but sometimes too much makes food inedible. That's when I discovered that's what the chips are for. I tried a sample of the popular mango salsa, but chose the cilantro. All in all a good lunch. Not WOW lunch, but a good lunch, topped off with a complementary peppermint patty.

The Guy that runs the truck is great, he reminds me of Bill Murray in the movie Caddy Shack. Its actually very enjoyable to order from him, he will more then likely have you laughing before you leave. Not to mention that he has one of the tastiest burritos in DC. May be a tad messy but worth every bite!
Pedro and Vinny’s is one of DC’s oldest burrito carts. The main cart usually operates at 15th & K St NW on weekdays for lunch. More recently, the daughters of the burrito cart owner have started their own carts, which are serving in Arlington, VA.
