People’s Bao expected to start serving in February 2011, but decided to build out a new truck. So, the opening day has been pushed back a few months. They currently cater for events (see website for contact info). People’s Bao offers a variety of beef, pork and tofu + 3 organic veggies served on an asian steamed bun.
