Phonomenon opened on July 11, 2011 at Farragut Square.  After only about 1 month of service, the owners shutdown the truck and ceased operations.  I summarized the drama in this post and Tim Carmen from the Washington Post dug up some more information.  The article alludes to a possible comeback..
