PORC Mobile, which stands for Purveyors Of Rolling Cuisine, is set to start serving on February 2nd, 2011 in Washington, DC. A soft opening has been held on the weekend of January 29, 2011 at Pug on H Street Northeast.

PORC Mobile will serve all things meat, from smoked brisket to BBQ pork and sausages. However, vegan specialties, like the Best Damn Veggie Burger, round out the menu.
