Sâuçá serves international cuisine. From Mexicali Fish Tacos to Pork Banh Mi, there is so much variety on the menu to keep bringing you back. Sauca offers vegetarian options and accepts credit cards.  The 4th Sauca truck, named Sauca Grill, features a kabob menu (read more details here).  Since the opening of the Sauca restaurant (4707 Columbia Pike, Arlington), the company has scaled back daily food truck operations to include 1 or 2 trucks serving on a regular basis.
