Missing El Floridano this week? Don’t worry, they are just taking some time out to install solar panels on top of their truck! Here is a pic on their FB page of one of the panels!


According to a comment on the FB page, the panels will power the kitchen while the truck is parked so that they don’t have to idle the truck’s engine while serving food.  Sounds excellent!
