Tried this one and another today. Service was very friendly and fast. Miso soup stayed hot all the way back to the office. I really like the containers they use, sturdy plastic with locking lids (you could even reuse them). Everything was fresh and flavorful.

Awesome sushi box. You get so much for a great price. I always eat there if they're near me.

Perhaps a problem of misplaced expectations, but with a name like "Tokyo in the City", I thought it would be sushi/sashimi. Everything is cooked, no raw fish to be seen. The food is oily, with a lot of fried elements or thick mayo-based sauces. The ingredients did not seem fresh. I would not recommend it and I won't be going back.

I was excited by all the things coming in this bento, but in the end could have done without the extras. Fried rice is not necessary with a shushi roll. The (3 pieces of) edamame weren't cooked enough and the chicken wing was SOGGY. The roll tasted good, if not a little large. The miso was fine and came hot.

The bento boxes look good on their web site. Not so good in reality. Everything was lukewarm, including the miso soup which should have been hot. The edamame were stringy and inedible. The disposable chopsticks were the flimsiest I've ever seen and the soy sauce pack equally skimpy. By the time I got it back to my office (an 8 minute walk away) the additional tempura shrimp on top was limp...and did I mention lukewarm? I won't be going back.
