Although the sub was 9\" rather than 6 (8th reason why these subs are better than s**), there was no substanance. There should have been more meat on the sub or it should\'ve at least been a combo. For $8, I probably could\'ve gotten better s**...I\'m just saying :/ (Unfortunately, I had to pick 1 to 5 stars so 1 it is!) [parts of this review were censored]

The Kimchi sub is the best food truck meal I've ever had. I've turned several co-workers on to Wassub and they've all loved it.

One of the best trucks in DC BY FAR. I have been eating less and less from food trucks and bringing my own lunch, but I eat at WASSUB every time i see it outside work. Craveable is the word i would use. I only get the Kimchi sub because it's so good i don't want to try anything else, although I'm sure all is delicious.

This is THE BEST FOOD TRUCK IN DC!! BY FAR!! I am obsessed with the kimchi bulgogi sub (or whatever it's called). It's so delicious and flavorful. It's a ton of food so a great value (especially compared to some other trucks which are way overpriced for what they give you). I always check this site to see when Wassub comes to Farragut because I ALWAYS want it. 5 stars!!!!! Plus the girl who works there is so cute and fun.

Veggie sub on the whiteboard rotation. Soft roll was able to hold all the veggies w/out them falling out everywhere and absorb the terikayi sauce no problem. Caramelized onion, melted provolone, jalapeno, sauteed mushroom and pineapple, lettuce/tomato. Everything you could ever want in a veggie sandwich.
Consider me blown away - not an easy sandwich to pull off logistically or interestingly.

I've been going to Wassub for the last several months and I like flavor of the subs. I've had the Beef Teriyaki, Bulgogi, and the Philly. I've had two recurring problems that keep me from giving Wassub a higher rating. One, the sub roll gets very soggy, especially on the Teriyaki. My local sub shop and other steak and cheese sub trucks don't have this problem, so it seems like this should be an easy fix. Two, this is the third time that I have ordered a Philly without onions and green peppers, only to have it come with green peppers. Last time, the guy at the window told me that the computer does not have a "no green pepper" button. Today, I specifically mentioned it to the guy at the window when I ordered. The receipt had "no onion" on it and he handwrote "no green pepper" on his copy of it. When I got back to my office, I find that my Philly has BOTH onion and green pepper on it. I'd give Wassub 5 Stars if they could fix these two issues. If they cannot, then I'm going to have to go elsewhere because I'm getting tired of digging onions and green peppers out of my sub.

Wassub food truck was started by three friends who were looking to introduce asian fusion subs to the DC metropolitan area.
