WOW! I never write reviews, but this sub is AMAZING! Even though it was a long line, I still got my sub within 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, this sandwich was disappointing and left me regretting my truck selection. The wait (20 minutes) was not worth my while. The sandwich description did not mention egg, so that was a surprise to find on my sandwich and it added absolutely zero flavor. There was barely any kimchi on the sub, and what little there was happened to all be on the first half. I didn't even bother to eat the second half of the sandwich and, instead, visited another truck for dessert. It should also be noted that none of their sauces are actually spicy at all, so if you are looking for spicy this isn't the place.

This truck is AMAZING. I was skeptical about buying sandwiches for $8 since I would normally make that myself, but these subs knocked my socks off. They even made a custom sub for me (the fried egg special, but with beef) and it was so super mega delicious. New favorite food truck!

Sub was prepared quickly and the taste was excellent, however, it would've been better if the onions were fried more.

This sandwich was seriously tasty. They got my order done quickly and added in the hottie sauce (still not quite hot enough).

The sub had tasty bulgogi, kimchi, an egg, and cheese and I threw on the hottie sauce. Not to be missed!

I used to look forward to seeing this truck and purchasing the food, but the service has declined TREMENDOUSLY. They need to take time to get your sandwich right, not fast. Cooks shoud be aware of food allergies and not blame the customer for their mistake. Not going back for quite some time.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and asked not to have ham on it for religious reasons. I was very clear and my receipt showed "no ham;" the sandwich, however, had ham. Considering it took half an hour to receive the sandwich I decided to cut my losses at that point.
