The fried chicken sandwich at Woodlands takes me fondly back to my meat-eating days. It has layers of "meat" that looks and tastes authentic - more so than anything you can get in the frozen section of the grocery store. It's topped with fresh lettuce (romaine - no iceberg here!), tomato, and onion, and ketchup and mayo. The bun is nice and sturdy, and slightly sweet, and will hold up to the sandwich even if you save some for later. The garlic kale (huge portion) is very pungent (my coworker commented on it), but very flavorful. It's massaged down enough so that you're able to eat it easily. Go early to avoid the rush, but the wait is worth it!

Best food truck in DC, by far. Awesome mac n cheese, incredible sweet kale salad. Never would have thought I'd like sweet kale, but it's become my favorite dish from any food truck. All of their sandwiches are delicious - I especially recommend the steak n cheese and the fish sandwich. The entrees can be a bit hit or miss - the country fried steak is a bit too greasy IMO - but the chicken curry I had yesterday was incredible. Best of all, they won't leave you hungry - always generous with portion sizes. Service can be a bit slow, but totally worth the wait.

I tried this salad for the first time today and was delightfully pleased. The dressing was fresh and flavorful and seem to compliment the greens well, however, the collards were a bit on the tough and bitter side. I think the dressing would instead pair nicely with your kale greens.

Won't you please come to Patriots Plaza sometime again? We NEED you around here!!! Yours is my favorite food truck. The drummies and mac and "cheese" are terrific. I happen to be vegan, but you don't have to be to appreciate the work you all do. Come to PPIII!

Here's what you're going to do: you're going to go to the Woodlands food truck. You'll wait in line--it's worth it. You'll order the chicken drummies and not be too embarrassed about calling them that. Then you'll take your first bite. After this it doesn't matter what you do, your life is fulfilled and you can die happy.

I'm writing to request Gluten-Free Noodles as was suggested by an earlier review. You will get even more customers--your recipe is the bomb but just can not eat gluten and soy's on my to don't list as well. You should seriously consider our recommendation, you'd get five stars if you could embrace gluten/soy free. I'll be checking in with you about this in the future. Thanks!

This is my FAVORITE food truck! I'm not vegan, but I definitely enjoy the food. Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. The customer service is awesome as well.

The "Chicken Wings" were phenomenal. I haven't had real chicken wings in a decade, but they were exactly what I remember! The outside was crispy, the inside was juicy and flavorful! I had the BBQ and the buffalo. The buffalo was SPICY, but delicious. The BBQ was really good too. The sweet kale salad was really nice, but the Mac and Cheese. I was so disappointed. The 'cheese' was chunky and looked old. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it was NOT good. Everything else was amazing. Will be back, but won't order the Mac and Cheese.
