First time today, the "crab cake" was moist and delicious, and the greens were simply savory! I will definitely be back again and I also let my co-worker taste everything and she is looking forward to visiting your truck.
You now have two new fans !!

Fried "chicken" was very tasty, tofu layered to resemble a chicken texture. Mac n cheese was surprisingly tasty, better than some real that I've had. The garlic kale was POWERFUL: might be good if it had half the amount of dressing, which was really potent even for this garlic lover. Portions were very generous. The guys in the truck were really friendly and described how the various "meats" were constructed. Will definitely try again, but will keep my distance from the garlic kale--YIKES! Give it three stars for this first visit, but am curious to try some of the other good-sounding options. Sweet potato pie looked GOOD.

This was my first time trying the food and it was simply scrumptous, flavorable and reasonably priced. I've eaten at Everlasting Life from time to time in the past; good to know you guys are still around and moving forward. I took my lunch back to the office and shared with co-workers. Everyone said how tasty it was and wanted to go the next day to buy their lunch! Please keep me posted when you will be visiting the Franklin Square Area again! Continued Success!!!!

Today was Woodland's first day at L'Enfant Plaza and I certainly hope it won't be their last! Please add this location to your regular rotation. I am quite familiar with the food from treking up to their GA Ave location from time to time. Having them right across the street is a blessing. I had the Chick'n Drumsticks, Sweet Kale (they ran out of garlic) and green beans. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was delicious. I'd had a protein shake for lunch when I ambled upon the truck. I got back to my office, started on the green beans and could not stop. So flavorful... the same for the kale. Here's the kicker... I had to floss after having the drumsticks because the texture was so akin to chick'n!I had one of each flavor (BBQ, Jerk, and Buffalo) Please come again!!!

4.5 5.0 24 24 The fried chicken sandwich at Woodlands takes me fondly back to my meat-eating days. It has layers of "meat" that looks and tastes authentic - more so than anything you can get in Woodland’s Vegan Bistro Food Truck
