The burger was juicy and very tasty. The feta and spinach on the burger were just right and the bun was sturdy enough to hold up to the burger. The fries were crispy with just enough salt.

This is my new favorite food truck!

Awesome sandwich and fries. The P.B.L.T. was smokey, juicy and full of pork goodness! The parmesan, rosemary and truffle oil fries may be the best fries I've ever tasted. They were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to try another one of BLT's sandwiches.

Large order of fries to split with a co-worker. It is worth every penny. The panini is great. We split the pork belly sandwich. That was very good, but I think we will try the other sandwichs to make a final decision.

Today is my first time trying this truck. The shrimp were good, not overcooked and a nice batter. But I was a little disappointed with the "roll". The hotdog bun did nothing for the sandwich. It actually took away from the flavor. I also wasn't impressed with the packaging. Unless you asked for a carryout container, you got an open box. Not cool when walking down the street past tons of people at lunch time. Also wouldn't be great if it was rainning. Invest in more of the rolls used for the brisket sandwich and more closed containers or sandwich sleeves and it would make the experience much better.

I was slightly hesitant to try the truck, based on the limited menu and lack of a line – do not make this mistake! Enjoy the lack of a line for what it is; a godsend that you get your pork belly faster!
PBLT is most likely the best item I have ever had off of a food truck. The smoked pork belly is amazingly tender, and then seared to a crisp. You end up with a sandwich you couldn't dream up if you tried.

Brandon's Little Truck was the best! I really enjoyed my fries and was sorry I didn't get (2) orders. I have never tasted fries presented that way before, and I loved it. The staff was so friendly and the truck was oh so clean. It's great to have gourmet food in the middle of the day.
