A dozen of the DMV’s favorite food trucks will head to Wheaton, MD to dish out some of the region’s best barbecue, crab cakes, cheesecakes and other tasty eats at the Curbside Cookoff food truck festival.
Curbside Cookoff is on Saturday, Sept. 28 from noon to 8:00 pm at Wheaton Triangle (Reedie Drive and Grandview Avenue), right next to the Wheaton Metro stop.
“Wheaton is a community known for its incredible food offerings from around the world,” said Doug Povich, Chairman of DC-Maryland-Virginia Food Truck Association and co-owner of Red Hook Lobster Pound-DC. “We’re very excited to partner with the Wheaton Urban District to bring our food trucks as part of the Curbside Cookoff to this great and diverse restaurant community.”
