Had my first taste on June 1st at the "Taste of two cities" in Baltimore, MD. The whole truck was very friendly and gladly let me sample the "spicy guava sauce", which was not spicy at all, it was sweet with a lite kick and tasted so good with the Pan Con Lechon. the regular size was enough for me and my son to share. Would purchase again.

I had this sandwich during the Southwest waterfront festival. The sauce was good, but there was only 1 skinny piece of tofu. They were also training employees on a very busy day, therefore keeping people waiting much too long.

This used to be one of my favorite trucks but the last couple times I ordered my beloved classic cuban sammie I have to say I was disappointed. The people running the truck now precooked the sandwiches and then pop them on the grill for a few seconds before handing them to customers; this results in the outside of the bread being slightly warmed but the inside ingredients are not heated thru; the ratio of pork is down, and mustard was heavy so the end result was a gooey, cold, and not very meaty sandwich on soggy bread. Ugh.

I had a cuban pork sandwich and a sweet potato soup on 12/19/12. I noticed that the meat had this odd smell before I put it in my mouth but ate it anyway. It was disgusting. I had to spit it out and threw away the rest of the sandwich. The soup was bad too; I took a sip and could not swallow it. My co-worker told me I should take them back but the truck was gone by the time I got there. Thanks for wasting my $14.

The bun was just the right amount of crisp, but it had little flavor. The sandwich was a good size and had a good amount of ham and pork on it. The cheese was melted to a really nice consistency.
However, the pork was dry and lacked flavor. There was not enough mustard and the pickles to add flavor and keep the sandwich from being too dry.
Also, why name a sandwich after someone like Ho Chi Minh?, seems in bad taste.
my cuban sandwich was not good. the bread must have been left on the grill for hours and it was dry and hard. very disappointed, i will not go back.

I purchased the Classic Cuban Sandwich to take back to the office. When I got back to the office, the bread was all soggy and there were like 3 strips of "lunch meat". I expected there to be more meat for an $8 sandwich. The flavor was good, but that is expected at most food trucks.

The not so good: The bread was just some crappy store-bought stuff. The meat was too salty, not very flavorful.
The best pork sandwich I ever has on a foodtruck or not. The plentiful pork was melt-in-your-mouth and the sauce was amazing. My new fave food truck.
