When me and my family were at the Greenbelt farmers market, we smiled all types of food cooking. as we was walking around my son started getting hungry and we were right next to Puddin' food truck. My fiance loves seafood and wanted to try the truck. Boy were we glad to have stopped, this food is amazing!!!! the po'boy hit the hungry spot for me.. the slaw and remoulade was perfect it was refreshing against the light battered shrimp. You can taste the shrimp and the battered not over powering the shrimp. shrimp and grits were awesome nice size shrimp to go with the grits..grits were creamy and not gritty and over cooked. I wish the truck could come by job i would def eat there everytime it come.

Their shrimp and grits are amazing! One of the most delicious meals I've ever had. And they do take credit cards.

The chicken and beef sausage gumbo had that authentic New Orleans taste, it was loaded up nicely with chicken and sausage and the spice was perfect. My only 2 minor complaints and the reason it didn't get 5 stars is the cost for a small cup is high and the temperature was warm not hot when I received it.

I tried this truck for the first time today and I was really disappointed. I ordered the shrimp & grits, and bread puddin'. The shrimp & grits were disappointing. There was sooo much grease that just sat on the top from the shrimp mixture. The grits were not smooth and they were lukewarm. The flavor just wasn't there. The bread puddin' was nothing special at all. I feel like I wasted my $16.

Love this truck, authentic flavors and a lot of great service. The line is usually VERY LONG so don't wait until you are starving. I wish they had a smaller size bread pudding in case you want to have it as a lunch dessert, but its delicious enough to need a big cup. I have experienced a few bumps with them accepting credit cards, but that's fairly common with food trucks. Food has always been hot and fresh, made to order. I have gotten 6 coworkers hooked on the shrimp and grits, which I will continue to rave about to anyone willing to listen.

See you soon!

Absolutely divine. well seasoned and crunchy fish. Cole slaw was superb and the remoulade sauce was fantastic. French bread was airy and fresh. Also had the sausage and chicken gumbo and shrimp and grits which my co worker shared everything so we could have many options (yes we're are greedy and she would agree with me)and I am in love! Will visit them every time they are near Farragut/19 & K.

I recently came from New Orleans and I visit frequently and love the food and culture there! However, I can confidently say that was THE Best Po'Boy I have had in a WHILE! iT WAS MAGICAL EVEN: Beautifully blended amounts of cool and spice. I am only sad that the rating only goes up to five stars.
