I had this food truck for the first time today. I had the Salty caramel cupcake and it was THE BEST cupcake I have ever had!!! The icing was a brown butter cream frosting and it was to die for. I immediately went online to see if they had a store front so I could get some more tonight. Looks like I will have to wait until next week! What a bummer! I have not had the strawberry one yet but it wont last for long I'm sure. Delicious!

I really like these cupcakes. I had a red velvet last week that was REALLY good so I decided to get another to make sure that wasn't a fluke! The cupcake was nice and moist and oh so yummy! I'm not a big fan of icing but I really like theirs. It does seem to melt a little bit though but not to the point that it creates a big mess. I just smeared it on the cupcake in between bites. All in all...two thumbs up!

The only problem is when it is hot because by the time I get back to the office, the buttercream is near melted. I tend to get a bunch of the black and white cookies and cream type cupcake and freeze them for later. I also like the other, seasonal flavors she comes up with.

The truck doesn't seem to follow their calendar on their website. The only time I ever know where it is, is when I go to foodtruckfiesta.com, click on the Sweetbites link, and there may or may not be a tweet saying where it is that day.
