I have been visiting this truck on the weekends at my farmer's market for a few months. The food is fantastic, The eggs are fluffy and moist. I love the green chili Nomad sauce. The fried grits, balls of grits stuffed with cheese and fried to perfection, are a real treat. I am looking forward to seeing this truck in DC.

The Culinary Nomad food truck will serve breakfast items inspired by the Chef’s travels and culinary background. They will also serve delicious specialty drinks and will be permitted in the District.  They expect to open in early Spring 2012!
