The sandwich was okay. The bread used was to light and the chicken salad soaked through making it soggy, so I could only eat one half of the sandwich. The service concerned me most. While the lady was pleasant, she was receiving cash and credit cards in her gloved hands but never changed the glove when she prepared the food or leaned against the truck, etc. It was so unsanitary. My advice is to have two people on this truck: One to serve and one to handle payment. And please change your glove whenever you come in contact with other nonfood surfaces.

Great food, but portions too small. Also, it would be nice to have more choices on the hot entree. I ordered the standard $10 bowl (which seems to be the only option for a meal, though you could order multiple sides I suppose), and I ate the whole thing in like 5 min. Delicious, but I'm still hungry!

Ok real talk......yall need about 4 more trucks cuz this once in a blue moon thing got me suffering from withdrawals.

BUT this food is so addicting. Honestly, I can't even figure out how they make vegan mac and cheese this good - but it's definitely some of my favorite ever (even against real cheese). And the garlic kale is so flavorful and awesome.

This place never has a line, which is good if you're in a rush. I think the fact that it's all vegan throws people off - which is kind of unfortunate because you definitely don't need to be vegan to enjoy the food here. The sides are where it's at, and the amount of food you get for the price is great.

I really like this truck and I especially like these greens! Tried them for the first time on Monday and I am hooked! Went to L'Enfant Plaza today to pick up another order of these delicious greens. Good stuff!!

Purely a carnivore, but I tried both vegan kale side dishes and was blown away. Never knew raw greens could taste that good! The portions are pleasing and well seasoned, the price was reasonable. I am now a fan and look forward to patronizing the E-Life truck in the future.
