Outstanding Mexican tacos. Get them loaded and you won't go wrong! I only go to the trucks when SOL is there!

Well that was one tasty lunch! I asked for "everything" but the sour cream, and every bite was just exploding with flavor. The meet was tender and a bit bland, but the sauces, guacamole and fresh toppings had just the right amount of punch. An excellent value for the price. I will definitely visit this truck again.

First time I have seen this truck in my area. The line seemed a bit long, but really didn't have to wait any longer than other trucks since your food is prepped when you are at the window; Chipotle style. I found the food to be good, but a bit bland, I might try the red sauce next time. The chicken chunks by themselves had good flavor and were juicy. I was disappointed that they had already run out of chips and salsa by 12:15. I would think that if they sell that much of this item, they would be prepared with plenty to increase their sales (considering another review said that they didn't always have the chips and salsa).

I've only eaten the veggie burrito, but it is always amazing and completely filling! The cost is $7, so the taste not only rivals Chipotle and similar burrito-type place, but it is less expensive! I also hate spending $10+ at a food truck only to be sorely disappointed, but this one does NOT disappoint!

This is like the Chipotle concept adapted to a food truck. You choose bowl, burrito or tacos, then choose your meat and toppings. I always get the bowl (pork or chorizo) which is a nice size for lunch. The topping ingredients are fresh and flavorful. It's especially nice when they have sides of chips and salsa on board (they don't always bring them) to round out the meal. I've recommended this truck to many co-workers who all say the tacos and burritos are great as well.

I enjoyed my burrito bowl. It was tasty and jut the right amount of food. I like the fresh onion and peppers on top. Service was fast and friendly. I'll go back.

Every element of the burrito was very tasty. I particularly liked the verde sauce. Unfortunately the steak was really tough, not even chewable. I'll try again, but will order the chicken.

I really was looking for another truck when I stumbled upon this one. They didn't have what I was craving but, close enough. I got the veggie taco with rice, beans, pico, guac, cheese, etc. It was decent and good and money well spent. It was good and I do not regret my purchase.

This is real Mexican food!

Barbacoa and carnitas definitely done the traditional way. deep flavors and tender tasty meat. Not sure which one I liked better, I lean towards carnitas.

They tacos come as you want. I added jalapeno, corn, red onion, cilantro, and hot sauce.

OK...these are not fresh home made tortillas, but I haven't had those since moving away from San Antonio.

hot sauce didn't carry well back to office; got the tortillas too wet. But, quickly dealt with that issue an bit into fantastic barbacoa and carnitas.

The tacos are good, but today I ordered them with guacamole, paid $1.65 extra for that (with tax) and got back to my office to find that there was no guacamole. Watch carefully to make sure you get everything you pay for.
