My first time getting anything from this truck. I love wings but what a disappointment. They were unevenly cooked, dark in some places light in others, absolutely no taste and greasy like they had soaked in the deep fryer. And they may have since it took 20 minutes for my order. Everyone waiting for food was upset. One woman even asked for her money back. The excuse given was that they were training new people. Not a good idea on a busy Friday at lunch time. I also ordered green beans which were tolerable. But did not get a fork and had to reach in the truck to get my own napkins. Customer service left a lot to be desired. The price for a side of green beans on the sign was $3. When I gave the server $20, $8 for the wings (what a rip off) and $3 for the beans she gave me $8 back. I told her I should get $9 and she responded that the published price was wrong but she gave me my money only because I challenged it. I should have known better; classsic was spelled "claccic" on the menu. I will never get anything from this truck again and when I go by it I will tell anyone thinking about purchasing food that it's not worth their time or money.

Ordered a Classic Combo for lunch - There was a big crowd which meant a pretty fair wait for my soggy waffle and 3 tiny, raw chicken strips. I would have preferred waiting a couple minutes longer to let them cook the chicken. Didn't have time to walk back to the truck to see about fixing it, so there's $10.00 well spent on microwaved chicken I had to cook myself.

This was the first time the food trucks came to USCG-St Elizabeth West and the food on this truck was horrible the wait time was unacceceptable, and the woman on the truck was very rude.
The waffle was spongy and tasteless and my chicken wings were raw on the inside. I couldn't return to the truck for a refund or another order because it took about 45 minutes for them to take my order and another 15-20 minutes to receive my food and that was my entire lunch hour. I normally give 2nd and 3rd chances but this was a three strikes you're out type of deal...there's no need to be rude especially when we're patronizing a business.

Today, 9/24/14, was the first day the food trucks came to the new USCG building, and the wait time was almost 1hr & 1/2. Once I got my food and returned to the office, my chicken was bloody. I was so [angry]! With the long wait I went over my lunch hour, so I was unable to return it. They don\'t give a receipt for you contact them or discuss refunds.

I love my chicken and waffles, but the serving is somewhat..weird. What do I mean by that? I mean when I ordered the boat combo, it was suppose to come with 4 pieces of chicken and half a waffle, i got less than half a waffle and only 2 pieces. I asked the female server about it and she says because one piece was 'big' i could not get a third piece..and to be honest I have tasted better..

First time trying it so I decided to get The Boat (with one topping). Was quite disappointed to find that the one topping actually doesn't come with any chicken whatsoever. On top of that, I paid $7.00 for something that was listed for $4.55. Huh?! So basically, for $7.00 I get one piece of waffle with cherry topping on top?! Umm, yeah I definitely won't be back there again. smh.
