I was very disappointed in this food especially with all the 5 star reviews. The taco shells were chew. It seemed that the shell had been fried a long time ago and was no longer crispy. I pulled a couple of pieces of grissle out of my mouth while eating them which was very unpleasant. The egg rolls were actually tasty until I discovered that they were pink on the inside meaning they were not cooked. GROSS! Never eating here again! Not worth the money, or the wait. I wish I could get my money back. 🙁
First off, the service is terrific. The people working in the food truck were pleasant, polite, and the food was served rather quickly. I love pho

I love pho and have a lot of opinions about it. I thought the meatball pho was good but not excellent. I was happy with the generous portions of noodles and meatballs I received in the soup. I was sad that I did not get bean sprouts and would have liked more Thai basil. The broth had good flavors but was a bit oily and left oil on my lips after I had a few spoonfuls. I was very happy that the pho stayed really hot on my walk back to my office which was about 13 minutes. I even had to let it cool a bit when I got back.
Overall, I had a good experience and would be interested in trying other items on the menu!

The folks in the truck are nice and chipper considering how busy they always are. I'm always a happy clam when PhoWheels is in Chinatown!

THE TACOS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD.
Eggrolls are good too, but the tacos stole the show. I will definitely come to this truck again!

My only complaint about this truck is the long line I had to wait in! This was possibly the best meal I've ever had from a food truck. The sauce on the tacos was out of this world, with a great flavor and a nice hint of heat. Next time I'll be earlier and beat the line!
I'm pretty much a stalker of this one looking for it's rare appearance at Courthouse. These guys are so good I even go to any truck they recommend

Tacos. Unique and delicious. I got one of each, Garlic Chicken and Pork Belly. I think the Garlic Chicken works best with this. I put the Jalapeno Aioli on it and it gave it the slight kick it needed.
The Pork Belly Banh Mi is delicious. This was the first thing I've had at this truck and it had me hooked. I had to tear myself away to try other things at this truck.
Pho. I'm a Pho Connoisseur, and I found the Pho at the truck to be mediocre. One reason, I'm used to more things in my Pho, but they only give you an option for one kind of meat. Plus, the spoon they give you is too small to actually eat Pho successfully.
Thai Iced Tea. Its good, not much to say. Never enough oF IT.
Why, oh why, do more Vietnamese trucks not offer veggie options? Thank goodness this one does, and it is delicious. If you get the fried egg on top,
Why, oh why, do more Vietnamese trucks not offer veggie options? Thank goodness this one does, and it is delicious. If you get the fried egg on top, it might even be quite literally finger-licking good. (As in I actually licked egg yolk and hoisin sauce off my fingers because no way was I letting that go to waste by washing my hands right away.)

I had the pork belly and mushroom-tofu, with spicy mayo on both. Both were good. I was worried about the pork because of other reviews on-line. Warm fat tastes better than cold and this was good and warm and cilantroy and good. After polishing off the maple glazed pork taco I had the mushroom tofu. Less meaty (no meat) but still so good
Whatever the bread they use for the taco, it is sooooo yummy.
