When I saw the line, my instincts told me the food must be good. Of all the food trucks that day, Curley's had an enormous line. Curley also comes to talk with his customers, he offers them samples if they're not sure of buying something. Overall, my food was absolutely delicious, I'd never had corn in my baked beans before and that dish was excellent as a side. Curley - Thanks so much for coming our way.

Really really yummy and a huge sandwich. 13.50 may seem like an expensive sandwich but it is truly enough for 2 people. Curley is a friendly guy and it was a fun lunch experience. Next time I'm will try PORK! Keep it up Curley!

I was in Tysons last week and couldn't resist the smells coming from Curley's Q's truck. So having never seen them, I decided to try the pork, brisket and rib combo. First off, it was a ton of food, enough for 2 people. The pork, smoked perfectly and tender, the brisket had a very unique taste and very beefy. I tried several sauces that they had and I loved the horseradish on the brisket, the carolina (love potion) on the pork and the ribs were tasty and tender and I didn't put anything on them as they were amazing as they were. Cant wait to check you out again and try the preuben!

Tried Curley's today at Boone & Howard. The driver (owner?) was very friendly, and the serving was generous; this would be a good truck on a day when you're hungry! I thought the BBQ was okay; nothing at all wrong with it, but not exceptional.

Wow, talk about going downhill. Curley's was one of my go to trucks when I was out in Tysons. The food today, utter crap. Pulled pig = not smoked, chewy, no flavor, fatty. Brisket = salty, fatty, fatty fatty, with some hint of taco seasoning??? I tossed 3/4 my meal in the trash.
Areas for improvement:
Use a smoker!
Pull fat out of shoulder when you're pulling it apart.
Cut fat cap off of brisket before slicing it down.
Stop using Old El Paso taco seasoning mix on your brisket.

Till then...do yourself a favor stay away, hit Carnivore when they're out your way, they smoke this truck.

I've begun venturing outside my job to try out the various food trucks that come by and this one, by far, is my favorite. I will even come out in the rain for one of his sandwhiches!

I loved my sandwhich, it was HUGE and it had an inch to an inch and a half of smoked pulled chiken. It was super tender (not dry at all) and absolutely delicious! Its even better with his homemade bbq sauce, and I'm pretty picky about my bbq sauce. Not only do you get the sandwhich but you get a side of coleslaw AND you pick another of the daily sides.

Its great and filling. There has been times I was not able to finish because theres so much, and thats saying a lot since I'm a chunkster. :)

You cant afford to NOT try it.

What Did You Order?: Curley's plate

I have heard my coworkers rave about Curley's Q, so I had to give them a try. I got the curley's plate which has everything on the menu. The chicken was moist and full of flavor, the pork was moist tender and a hint of carolina sauce. The best I have ever had outside of Carolina. And the famous BRISKET, ....AMAZING!!! full of flavor and just the rite amount of fat. The ribs were FALL OFF THE BONE amazing! By the way, nothing had any sauce!, This was all just Curley's rub and smoke! Then you add the sauces "Curley's Special" which is a sweet and tangy with a hint of mustard . I found this amazing on everything. Then there is the "Love Potion #9" To call this carolina sauce would not do it justice. This is a vinegar sauce with a hint of heat, hint of sweet and island style twang to it. It was so amazing on the pork!! Lastly the baked beans were off the chart, made with what looks like regular Boston beans, red kidney beans and corn, yes corn! Sweet with brown sugar and tangy......WOW. His list of specialty sandwiches we very impressive a "Preuben" he has a pork reuben, which I heard was amazing. Cant wait to try in next week! If I can finish the huge Curley's plate by then!

I've tried their chicken solo as well as the brisket and I have to say, it's so good and the sauce, is wonderful. Look forward to seeing the truck out
