The owner of Hot People food truck wrote in to let us all know that about 2 months ago, they acquired Shanghai Lounge @ 1734 Wisconsin Ave NW!  You may have noticed that the truck has not been serving lately, but the owner reassures us that it will be back in service soon. 🙂
